LCS is pleased to announce the promotion of Eva Plosker to the position of Vice President and Principal, Business Development and Marketing. In this role, Eva spearheads the Business Development and Marketing department’s efforts in advancing client relationships, managing business initiatives, and marketing communications. Eva joined LCS in 2016 as Director, Business Development and Marketing. As Director, she developed strategies for new and existing markets. In addition, she strengthened client attraction and retention, increased collaborative partnerships, and created engaging content.

She implemented broad-based communication strategies and led the implementation of a new CRM system. She also improved communications between the field and office.”
Throughout her 15 years of progressive B2B and B2C marketing experience, Eva demonstrated her capabilities. She took the initiative to improve her skills continually, gaining useful knowledge and honing her skills. Eva has achieved many professional accomplishments that reflect her outstanding marketing knowledge, strong leadership skills, and commitment to organizational growth. She is well-regarded by peers and managers for her creative problem-solving abilities, team-playing mindset, and goal surpassing results.
