We were founded in 1991 by a core team of specialists who had worked together on laboratory and technical facility projects since 1982. Beginning with a small office in San Juan Capistrano, California, LCS brought a unique turnkey approach to the delivery of complex technical facilities.
Our scope of services grew to include the maintenance and ongoing support of facilities, particularly complex laboratories; allowing us to service our clients from the conceptual phase of their facility to critical support after project completion.
Today, we continue to offer a distinctive integrated approach to project delivery, a method quickly accepted by our clients who desire a single source for the design, management, and construction of their technical construction projects; and value the collaboration fostered by a design-build or design-assist project delivery method.
